Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation by e-mail.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a return authorization number. We accept returns within thirty (30) days from the date you received it. We'll refund the amount you paid for the product upon receiving the product in question.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Regrettably, shipping and handling fees for returns are not refundable. If you received free shipping with your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund credit.

Our preferred carrier is USPS. FedEx, UPS, and TNT may be used for deliveries to areas not serviced by USPS.
