Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation by e-mail.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a return authorization number. We accept returns within thirty (30) days from the date you received it.

We'll refund the amount you paid for the product upon receiving the product in question.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Regrettably, shipping and handling fees for returns are not refundable. If you received free shipping with your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund credit.

Our preferred carrier is USPS. FedEx, UPS, and TNT may be used for deliveries to areas not serviced by USPS.
We regret any inconvenience caused by an incorrect order. Please notify us at MJ and return it to us via UPS, FedEx, or insured Parcel Post. We will reimburse you for the return shipping fee and waive shipping costs of replacement merchandise.
